Thank you for your interest in NurturePure brand baby products. We use UPS and USPS as our preferred carriers for shipment. Depending on the order size and delivery location, we offer several shipping methods and prices.
SHIPPING GUIDELINES
Order shipments originate from Los Angeles, CA, USA and typically require 1-8 business days to reach their destination depending on the shipping method chosen. Deliveries do not occur on Sundays or Holidays. We normally take 1-2 business day for order processing before your order is shipped out by our shipping & fulfillment department (unless there are unexpected delays). Orders placed before 4:00 P.M. PST typically will be processed and ready to be shipped the following day. Orders that recieve a confirmation of "shipped" or "partially shipped"means that the parcel has been picked up by the carrier. To make it convenient to our customers, our shipping system is directly linked with our carriers and shipping rates are automatically calculated in real-time during your order session. You will not be charged anything until you have finalized the order and ready to check out, so feel free to click on the "Add to Cart" button to test and find out the shipping charge for your entire order. If you are having difficulty, please use the following instructions:
Simply "Add to Cart" the products that you desire in the shopping cart and "Proceed to Checkout". Complete your personal information and shipping address, then "Proceed to shipping calculation". You will then see your shipping options and prices.
The following are our available shipping methods and approximate delivery times:

USPS Express Mail International (EMS) - (2-5 business days and custom clearance)
EXPEDITED SHIPPING OPTIONS Overnight Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air shipping options are subject to UPS pickup cycles and business day limitations. For example, if you place an order on Wednesday evening and specify second day shipping, it will not arrive at its destination until the following Monday. In this example, the next available UPS departure is on Thursday evening, and the second day falls on a weekend. The following Monday is the second day in UPS service terms.
DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS We ship to all 50 states including Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, and FPO and APO addresses (orders to HI, AK, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, and FPO and APO could have longer transit times). We also ship to all other countries internationally. For shipments within the U.S. and Canada, please use our shopping cart and shipping calculator to determine the shipping methods and price available for your order. If you are having difficulty, please use the following instructions:

International shipping rates include all freight charges but do not include any duties, taxes, or brokerage fees. In rare instances, if the shipment requires any of these fees, the customer will bear the sole responsibility of payment.
RETURNS
We, at NurturePure, want our customers to be happy with our products and have an enjoyable ordering experience. Most purchases can be returned within 15 days for a full refund if unopened. Due to hygiene and feeding sensitivity of our products we cannot honor returns on items that have been opened and/or used. Just contact us for an RA number prior to return shipping. NurturePure will refund 100% of the purchase price. An unwanted, resalable item will be refunded 100% of the purchase price provided: 1) It is returned with all original documentation and packaging intact. Packaging must not be tampered with. 2) Manufacturer tags are intact. 3) It is in unused condition.
Returned items not meeting these criteria are subject to a 25% restocking fee. You will be responsible for shipping costs (each way) on unwanted items. Certain products such as eating utensils, bottle feeding items / accessories, breast pumps, nipples, cups cannot be resold for hygienic reasons and are therefore non-refundable. Items that are returned with missing pieces and/or parts will not be refunded and will be shipped back to the customer at customer's expense.
Products returned without an RA are subject to a 25% restocking fee, due to additional processing costs caused by unexpected returns. We appreciate your help in keeping our costs and prices low!

How to return
Most shipment packages will include a return address on the packing slip or invoice, but some won't. Here's what to do in either case:
If your packing slip does include a return address, just follow these three simple steps:
1) Complete the necessary shipping forms from your desired carrier and pack it with the item. 2) Use our original box and packing material to prevent damage in transit. 3) Use the return address provided on your packing slip.
Damaged or defective merchandise
You must notify us of damaged / defective products within 5 business days from the date of delivery. In the event that a product is defective or damaged in shipping, NurturePure will provide an equivalent item to replace it. Please e-mail us as soon as possible or for faster service call us at (888) 925-6736 x1 , and we'll remedy the situation immediately.
OUT-OF-STOCK & BACK ORDER
We, at NurturePure, want to make sure that our customers can purchase our products immediately and without delay. NurturePure uses sophisticated order processing systems that alert us if inventory levels are low any any particular product. However, due to the demand and popularity of the certain items, we regret that certain items may become out of stock. In this rare instance, our system will not allow you to purchase this item until we receive it in stock. Please check back with us periodically, as we will make every attempt to stock this in our inventory as quickly as possible. You can either e-mail us or our system will allow you to be entered into our waiting list database, so that when we do receive the item in stock you will be notified immediately.
If an item is on back order, our system will still allow you to purchase the item. As soon as the the item is availble in stock we will release the order to you immediately. If your order includes in-stock and back order items, we will ship out the in-stock items immediately and you will receive the the back order item as soon as it becomes available in our inventory. You will receive a "Partially Shipped" notification via e-mail. Please notify customer service at customers@nurturepure.com if you would like for us to wait and ship the entire order together once all back order items become available.

SHIPPING MATERIALS
NurturePure ships all orders using corrugated, recycled boxes filled with white loose fill made from natural vegetable starch which quickly dissolve upon direct contact with water. Materials are completely biodegradable, making it environmentally safe and eco-friendly.
